Most watch repairs can be completed on-site within the hour. As we strive to provide only the best service to our customers, we operate to the highest industry standards at our branches and workshop.

Documentation

Your personal and watch information is recorded, ticketed and your watch is assigned a Job Number. This assures your watch never gets mixed up or lost. A copy of the job ticket will also be provided to you as well.

Assessment

A thorough diagnostic evaluation will be conducted by our experienced watch maker and an estimate will be sent to the client. No work will commence until formal approval has been obtained.
